Integrated Information Management System (IIMS)
The IIMS solution was developed to model and implement the procurement processes of an organization that align to the activities of a project schedule. The project schedule detailed the activities required for the procurement type at the macro level while the business processes delivered the micro-level execution details.
 
The following are the key technology enablers used by IIMS:

    Primavera was used as the Project Management Application to develop project schedules

    IBM WebSphere Business Modeller was used to model the procurement business processes
