inSynchro Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1999 to focus on developing web-based enterprise solutions specifically in the area of Project Management. Through angel funding and support of two prominent project management solution developers (Primavera Inc and Microsoft Inc), inSynchro developed and successfully commercialised its flagship product, ProjectHub a web-based enterprise project, process and collaboration portal.

ProjectHub was awarded the most "Innovative Solution of the Year 2001" by Microsoft Malaysia and was selected as finalist in two categories in the 2002 Asia Pacific ICT Awards. In November 2004, ProjectHub won the "Innovative Business Solution of the Year" award from Microsoft. These wins and awards have culminated with inSynchro becoming the only Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in the Business Intelligence category in 2003 and winning the ISV/ Software Solutions Competency partner status in 2004.

To date, inSynchro is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in both Data Management Solutions (formerly Business Intelligence) and ISV / Software Solutions competencies. Our product offerings have also grown to include ContractHub, KnowledgeHub and SearchHub, helping win inSynchro deals with medium and large enterprises and government organisations in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. inSynchro operates with a young dynamic team and has direct presence in three countries namely Malaysia, Singapore and Australia, with its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

In 2003, inSynchro formed a subsidiary company, Enterprise Business Solutions Sdn Bhd (EBS) with Primavera Australia Pty Ltd, the distributor of Primavera solutions in Australia and New Zealand. inSynchro’s 51% stake in this company is seen as a way to further enhance our position in the Project Management sector. EBS is the sole distributor of Primavera Project Management and Strohl Systems Business Continuity solutions in Malaysia and currently services over 200 client companies from various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Engineering and Construction.
